How can I cancel?

IMPORTANT: In order to ensure prompt 48 hour delivery, I have implemented a fully automated order processing system to ship same day. Regrettably, this means that I am unable to accommodate order cancellations.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, although FREE shipping is only available in the UK 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we offer 48 hour delivery we have to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 1 hour of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Orders are processed immediately and if received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 business days.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

2 - 3 business days.

 

What if I don't receive my order?

This will not happen, our deliveries are fully tracked and must be signed for.

 

Will I be charged taxes?

Our prices include all taxes.

 

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
